But Turk wasn’t done. In the spring, he dominated the track, winning the 3,200-meter CIF State Championship with a personal best and Riverside County record of 8:51.62. That performance placed him among Inland Empire legends like Ryan Hall and Caleb Webb—athletes who’ve won state titles in both cross country and track in the same year.

Turk credits his success to more than just training. “My Heavenly Father has been with me through all the good times and the bad,” he shared.
